Most sites are designed as a gallery of sections, not as an argument. A template looks finished but says nothing specific, and a design-only agency hands Figma to a developer who cuts the details that made it work.

Your site is where interest turns into a call or disappears. We design and build websites that make a complex product easy to understand, back it with proof, and make the next step obvious.
Sound familiar?
If one of these sounds like your team, read on.
- 01
We get traffic, but nobody books a demo.
- 02
We have to explain what we do on every single call.
- 03
The site still describes the product we had two pivots ago.
- 04
Every change needs a developer and a two-week wait.
- 05
The designer's Figma and the live site look nothing alike.
- 06
It looks nice, but it doesn't sell anything.
A website built like a sales conversation: it names the visitor's problem, shows why the usual fixes fail, proves you've solved it before and makes the next step easy. Then it's built by the same people who designed it.
- Design-only studios
The design looks right in Figma and loses its details in the build.
What we do insteadThe people who design it also build it in Framer, Webflow or Next.js, and review the build against the design.
- Large agencies
Senior people win the pitch, then junior people do the work.
What we do insteadThe people on your first call do the work, and they're named in your written scope.
Client proof.
Kaveree's first site was a Framer template that still carried placeholder content. We're rebuilding it in Astro around one position, an independent geotechnical partner for design-build teams. The site is in progress; the screens are from the build. Then & Theory is our own brand, live three days after the first commit.

Who does the work.
At many agencies a senior person pitches and a junior designer delivers. Here the people on your first call do the work. Ryan leads the call, and the people below are named in your written scope and stay on it to handover.

How we work on it.
Story before pixels
We map your buyer's questions and objections first, then structure every page to answer them in order.
Proof everywhere
Results, logos, reviews and case studies are placed where doubt shows up, not buried on a testimonials page.
Designed and built by the same people
No handoff. The site ships the way it was designed, in Framer, Webflow or Next.js depending on what your team needs.
Ready to rank and be cited
Clean structure, fast pages, structured data and answer-first content, so search engines and AI assistants can understand and recommend you.

Website & answers.
What founders ask before hiring us for website design & development.
Do you build in Framer, Webflow or code?
All three. Framer is fastest for marketing teams that want to edit everything themselves, Webflow suits large CMS-heavy sites, and Next.js fits sites that need custom logic or tight integration with your product. We recommend one after the audit, based on who'll maintain it.
How long does a website take?
A focused landing page can launch in two to three weeks. A full marketing site usually takes four to eight weeks, depending on page count, content readiness and integrations.
Will our team be able to update the site?
Yes. We set up the CMS and reusable components so your team can publish pages, posts and case studies without a developer, and we walk them through it at handover.
Do you write the copy?
We shape the messaging and page structure with you, and write or refine the copy as part of the project. The best results come from combining your product knowledge with our sales structure.
Is SEO included?
Technical SEO foundations are: page structure, metadata, structured data, performance, sitemaps and answer-first content patterns. Ongoing content production is scoped separately.
