Priced after a short call, on the outcome and not hours. The exact price is fixed in a written scope before work starts.
What we commit to
- Direction before commitment. Every project starts with a strategy and direction phase. If the direction isn't right, you can stop there, keep that work and owe nothing more.
- The price in the scope is the price. Your written scope has a fixed price. It only changes if you change the scope, and you approve any change in writing first.
- Your date is our date. Launch-critical work is planned backwards from the date you give us, and the plan is agreed in writing at kickoff.
- Measured before and after. We record your starting point before we begin and review what moved after launch, so you can see what the work did.
How it runs
- Discovery call. 30 minutes on your business first: where it is, where it's going and what's in the way. No pitch deck, no hard sell.
- Scope & plan. A written plan within days: the outcome we're working toward, the deliverables, the team, the timeline and the investment.
- Capture the starting point. We document your before state, including current site, brand, metrics and goals, so we can show exactly what changed.
- Design & build in the open. Weekly check-ins, a shared board and work-in-progress you can see and comment on. Direction is signed off before production.
- Launch & hand over. Launch support, organized source files, guidelines and a walkthrough, so your team owns everything we made.
- Review the results. We check back after launch to measure what moved and decide together what's worth doing next.
