Nexora: a brand for a mobile game studio whose worlds burst out of the phone
Book a call, get a price rangeNexora is a free-to-play mobile game studio, and Skyhold is its live game. We built it from scratch: the name and the mascot, a one-eyed TV-head robot hero in a cobalt cape; a stylised 3D world that bursts out of the phone; the live-ops console the studio runs a weekend event from, the player's phone during that event, and the brand on billboards, merch, a collector's box and a hiring poster.

The problem and the brief
Mobile game studios run live games played every day, then put a logo, a cast of characters and a careers link on their homepage.
Nexora is a free-to-play mobile game studio. Its live game, Skyhold, runs weekend events like Sky Castle Siege. The studio's site has to work for everyone who checks it before a call: publishers, investors, players and the senior hires it needs.
The brief, in a founder's words: "We run a live game that hundreds of thousands of people play every day, but our studio site is a logo, a cast of characters and a careers link, so the publisher, investor or hire who checks us before a call can't tell us from the next studio."

Three doubts people bring before they back a studio
- Publisher
We can't see their real numbers before we sign.
- Player
The ad looks nothing like the actual game.
- Senior hire
This studio guesses instead of reading its data.
The strategy: worlds that live in your phone
One hero, the exact logo character, in every frame. One live event, Sky Castle Siege, seen from both sides: the studio's console and the player's phone.
- Doubt 1 · Real numbers?
We can't see their real numbers before we sign.
The live-ops console, on show
The studio's console runs the siege: who's playing now, how many are in the siege, revenue today, and a live test on gate 3, 1,200 HP against 900 HP, with the share still playing after 30 minutes. One button ships the winner to everyone.
78% of the top live-ops games earned less year on year. A studio that shows how it runs its game earns the publisher's call.
- Doubt 2 · Real game?
The ad looks nothing like the actual game.
The same siege, on the player's phone
The phone shows the event exactly as players see it: Sky Castle Siege, the timer, gate 3 of 5, how many are in the siege, and one big Join Siege button. The brand's 3D world and the game share one look.
Gaming apps spent $25B buying installs in 2025. When the brand looks like the game, the install keeps its promise.

- Doubt 3 · Data or guesses?
This studio guesses instead of reading its data.
A hero who works for hiring too
The robot hero stars in everything, from the billboard he bursts out of to the hiring poster that says a new world ships every 12 weeks. The cadence is the culture, stated plainly.
The median game keeps under 1% of its players at day 30. Senior hires want a studio that ships on a rhythm and measures it.

The design system
Cobalt dominates, sky blue and cloud white carry the world, and electric yellow is kept for small things: under 4% of any frame.
- Cobalt #1F4FFFThe brand, the hero's cape
- Sky blue #3DA5FFThe world's sky
- Cloud white #F4F8FFClouds, cards, type on cobalt
- Hero black #16181DThe hero, type
- Electric yellow #FFE01ASmall rewards and live badges only
The world. Out of the Screen: a stylised 3D world bursts out of a phone. Floating islands, a sky castle, a portal, all in one shared look with the game.
Mascot and wordmark. A one-eyed TV-head robot hero in a cobalt cape, fists on hips, over a blocky wordmark. The full mascot is the logo; the badge carries it at small sizes.
Type. Dela Gothic One for the big moments, Rubik for everything else.
What we left out. 8 of 10 studios show no outside proof, and none says "mobile" or shows what's live on the first screen. Nexora's site opens on the live event.

The category audit
We scored 10 funded mobile game studios on our startup homepage benchmark. They average 8.3 out of 24, far below other startups.
Each studio homepage was scored on 12 criteria, 0 to 2 each, at 1440 and 390 pixels wide, with six questions adapted for a game studio. The group averages 8.3 out of 24 against 14.1 for our wider benchmark, so read the comparison as a guide.
None shows what's live in its game right now, none says what the studio makes in five seconds at both widths, and only 3 show a game being played on the first screen. Those are the gaps Nexora's site is designed to close.
